目的探讨冰沙混合冰袋在颅脑外伤高热患者的降温效果。方法选取颅脑外伤高热患者60例随机分为对照组和观察组各30例,对照组采取传统冰袋物理降温,观察组用冰沙混合冰袋物理降温,观察比较两组降温效果。结果观察组0.5h及1h后降温效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者舒适度视觉模拟得分明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冰沙混合冰袋比传统冰袋降温效果优,舒适度高,更适于颅脑外伤患者临床降温,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the cooling effect of ice-cream mixed ice bag in patients with craniocerebral trauma and fever. Methods Sixty patients with craniocerebral trauma were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 30 cases in each group. The control group was cooled by traditional ice packs. The observation group was physically cooled with ice-cold mixed ice pack. The cooling effect was observed and compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the cooling effect of the observation group at 0.5h and 1h was significantly better than that of the control group (P <0.05). The visual analogue score of comfort in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P <0.05 ). Conclusion The ice-ice mixed ice pack has better cooling effect and better comfort than traditional ice packs, and is more suitable for clinical treatment of patients with craniocerebral trauma. It is worth popularizing and applying.
