[目的]采用液相色谱-紫外检测器(HPLC-UV)建立测定玉米中丁虫腈残留的分析方法。[方法]玉米籽粒样品用乙腈提取,Oasis HLB固相萃取柱净化,HPLC-UV法检测。[结果]丁虫腈在0.02~10 mg/kg范围内呈良好线性,相关系数≥0.999 1;丁虫腈的检测限(LOD)和定量限(LOQ)分别为0.01 mg/kg和0.02 mg/kg。在0.02、0.1、0.5 mg/kg三个添加水平下,平均添加回收率为81.3%~104.3%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为4.1%~5.4%。[结论]在玉米乳熟期和成熟期时,采用该方法检测玉米籽粒中丁虫腈的残留量均低于定量限。
[Objective] The research aimed to establish a method for the determination of strychnine residue in corn by HPLC-UV detector. [Method] Corn seed samples were extracted with acetonitrile, purified with Oasis HLB solid phase extraction column and detected by HPLC-UV method. [Result] The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.02-10 mg / kg, the correlation coefficient was 0.9999 1. The limit of detection (LOD) and limit of quantitation (LOQ) of siphononil were 0.01 mg / kg and 0.02 mg / kg. The average recoveries were between 81.3% and 104.3% with relative standard deviations (RSDs) between 4.1% and 5.4% at the three levels of 0.02, 0.1 and 0.5 mg / kg. [Conclusion] The method was applied to detect the residues of spermidine in maize kernels below the limit of quantification during the ripening and maturity phases of maize.
