对(亚洲棉×异常棉)F1、(亚洲棉×司笃克氏棉)F1和(亚洲棉×三裂棉)F1三个种间杂种一代性状遗传表现、花粉母细胞减数分裂,花粉粒活性进行了研究.结果表明,杂种一代的性状表现为完全或不完全的显隐性关系,有的属于中间型,还有的非亲或超亲,同一性状因亲本组合不同其遗传表现也有差异.杂种一代花粉母细胞减数分裂不正常,导致雄配子体高度或完全不育.双亲的亲缘关系越远,其杂种一代雄配子体不育程度越大.同亚洲棉的关系,以异常棉的关系较近,其次是司笃克氏棉,再次是三裂棉.
The genetic characteristics of three crossbreed F1 hybrids (Asian cotton × Siraitia gossypii F1) and F1 (Asian cotton × Tripartite F1) were analyzed.
