跆拳道是一项利用拳和脚进行搏击的对抗性运动。它通过竞赛、品势和功力检验等运动形式,使练习者增强体质,掌握技战术,并培养坚忍不拔的意志品质。在训练和比赛中没有良好的心理素质,跆拳道的高难度连环动作,通过身体各器管及中枢神经系统的严密配合是很难做到的。而往往有些运动员这方面欠缺,在比赛中就会出现意想不到的情况,出现严重失误,影响了比赛成绩,造成终生遗憾。由此可见,在平时训练中对运动员进行专业的心理训练尤为重要。
