城镇化既是中国实现工业化和现代化的重要发展动力,也是体现一个国家全方位的现代化建设综合成就的重要指标,城镇化同时也代表着一种新的生活方式和文化方式。缺乏规划的城市的不合理发展有可能导致严重的“城市病”。合理的城市区位布局是实现人与自然环境、人与城市人文环境平衡发展的重要途径。本文拟从城市规划入手,介绍西方国家城市发展中所创立的不同规划理论,提出注重保护与开发相协调,人居与自然环境相适应的规划理念才是中国未来城镇化战略的努力方向和必由之路。
Urbanization is not only an important driving force for China’s industrialization and modernization, but also an important indicator of the overall achievements of a nation in its comprehensive modernization. Urbanization also represents a new way of life and culture. The unreasonable development of a city without planning can lead to serious “urban disease.” Reasonable layout of urban areas is an important way to realize the balanced development of human and natural environment and human and urban humanities environment. This article intends to start from the city planning, introduces the different planning theories in the urban development of the western countries, puts forward that the planning concept that emphasizes the coordination of protection and development and the habitat and the natural environment is the direction and the only way of China’s future urbanization strategy .
