自动分析仪在钢铁分析中已广泛应用,但在铝合金分析中的应用国内尚未见报导。铝合金的样品溶解给自动分析带来困难,因此只要解决样品的溶解问题,铝合金的自动分析是有可能实现的。我厂在自动分析仪用于铝合金中Cu,Fe,Mn的分析方面做了一些试验,证明自动分析仪用于铝合金炉前及成品分析完全能满足生产要求。并且分析速度快,3分钟可完成一个样品3个元素的分析,误差符合国家标准要求。一仪器的调整及改造我厂76年购置一台钢中磷、硅、锰三元素自动分析仪,由于某些原因未能用于生产。在此仪器的基础
