进行轮胎包容特性试验,并分析了轮胎滚过不平路面的准静态响应;引入形态学滤波求解轮胎滚过任意短波长不平路面时的等效高度和倾角;将仿真计算结果分别与SWIFT模型计算结果和试验值对比分析,模型计算结果合理;最后在Simulink下建立虚拟测试台,将求解的等效路面高度和倾角作为平面内统一耐久性轮胎模型的路面输入进行仿真,与轮胎台架试验进行对照,仿真结果合理。
Tire tolerance test was carried out, and the quasi-static response of the tire rolling over the uneven road surface was analyzed. Morphological filtering was introduced to calculate the equivalent height and inclination of the tire rolling over any short-wavelength uneven surface. The simulation results were compared with those of the SWIFT model And the experimental results are comparatively analyzed. The results of the model calculation are reasonable. Finally, a virtual test bed is set up under Simulink. The equivalent road height and inclination of the solution are simulated as the road surface input of the in-plane uniform durability tire model, which is compared with the tire bench test The simulation result is reasonable.
