分析山柰挥发油中的化学成分;采用水蒸气蒸馏法从山柰中提取挥发油成分,通过气-质联用技术(GC-MS)对其分离检测,利用化学计量学解析法(CRM)分辨重叠色谱峰,同时结合程序升温保留指数辅助定性;共分辨出75个色谱峰,鉴定了其中65个组分,占山柰挥发油总量的97.47%,其中主要化学成分为正十五烷(31.02%),反式桂皮酸乙酯(23.49%)、4-甲氧基桂皮酸乙酯(14.86%)、3-蒈烯(8.83%)等组分,而其它61个组分只占21.56%;结合化学计量学解析法和保留指数分析山柰挥发油化学成分,比单独使用GC-MS其结果更加准确、可靠,有助于山柰的进一步开发利用.
The constituents of volatile oil were extracted from Rhizoma Zedoariae by steam distillation. The constituents of volatile oil were separated by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS) and resolved by chemometric analysis (CRM) The chromatographic peaks were identified with the aid of temperature-programmed retention index (AQI). A total of 75 chromatographic peaks were identified, of which 65 were identified, accounting for 97.47% of the total volatile oils of mountain caragana. The major chemical constituents were n-pentadecane (31.02% ), Trans-cinnamic acid ethyl ester (23.49%), ethyl 4-methoxycinnamate (14.86%) and 3-carene (8.83%), while the other 61 components accounted for only 21.56% Combining chemometric method and retention index to analyze the chemical constituents of Volatile Oil, it is more accurate and reliable than using GC-MS alone, which is helpful for the further development and utilization of Vitex negundo.
