杜夫海纳认为非形象和形式化是现代艺术基本的状况,现代艺术拒绝传统的由于再现带来的主题,企图从主题的束缚中挣脱出来。表现是艺术的共通之处,它表现了先验的情感。艺术揭示了存在,通过艺术主体感知了全新的存在。因此艺术不会消亡,将永远存在下去。
Dufrenne believes that non-image and formalization are the basic conditions of modern art. Modern art rejects the traditional theme brought by reproduction and strives to break free from the shackles of the theme. Performance is the art of commonplace, it shows the transcendental emotions. Art reveals its existence and perceives a completely new existence through its main body of art. So art will not die out and will last forever.
