患者,75岁,男性,2013年7月23日入院。入院前发现血压高24年,一直服用硝苯地平控释片、厄贝沙坦和琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片(倍他乐克)等降压药物,2011年收缩压能控制在150mm Hg(1mm Hg=0.133kPa)水平;2012年来,虽然规律服用降压药物,但血压波动范围更大,收缩压多在170mm Hg左右,最高可达200mm Hg。5天前在外院住院,入院血压
