目的探讨彩色多普勒超声(彩超)、钼靶X线及其联合对早期乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法选取九江市妇幼保健院于2012年6月—2014年6月收治的128例乳房肿块患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,分别采用彩超、钼靶X线及彩超联合钼靶X线(联合)进行诊断。结果在早期乳腺癌的诊断中,彩超与钼靶X线的灵敏度、特异度、准确度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);联合检查的灵敏度、特异度、准确度均高于彩超或钼靶X线,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合检查对各种病理分型诊断的符合率均高于单独彩超多普勒或钼靶X线检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在早期乳腺癌的诊断中,彩超与钼靶X线的灵敏度、特异度、准确度均能达到75%,但两者联用的灵敏度、特异度、准确度更高,可提高对早期乳腺癌的诊断率。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasonography, molybdenum target X-ray and their combination in early breast cancer. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data of 128 breast lumps from June 2012 to June 2014 in Jiujiang Maternal and Child Health Hospital. Color ultrasonography, molybdenum target X-ray, and color Doppler ultrasound combined with mammography were used. Make a diagnosis. Results In the diagnosis of early breast cancer, the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of color Doppler ultrasonography and mammographic X-ray showed no significant difference (P>0.05). The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of the combined examination were higher than those of the color ultrasound. There was a statistically significant difference between mammography and mammography (P<0.05). The coincidence rate of joint examination for various pathological types of diagnosis was higher than that of color Doppler ultrasonography or molybdenum target X-ray. The difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05). Conclusion In the diagnosis of early breast cancer, the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of color Doppler ultrasound and mammography X-ray can reach 75%, but the sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy of the combination of the two are higher and can improve the early breast cancer.
