通过对锤身微升式液压模锻锤各种功能的实验测定和各种能量损失的分析计算,得出了其各级效率和经济效率。与蒸—空模锻锤比较,液压锤的能量有效利用率高得多。
Through the experiment and various kinds of energy loss analysis and calculation of the various functions of hammer hammer micro-hydraulic die forging hammer, the efficiency and economic efficiency at all levels are obtained. Compared with steamed-empty die forging hammers, hydraulic hammers have much higher energy efficient utilization.
