探讨了在土地和交通一体化规划思路指引下轨交沿线地区规划的总体技术路线、工作重点等.合理确定各站点的影响区和核心区,有针对性地对不同层次区域提出规划方案.综合考虑轨交站点的用地功能属性和交通功能属性,在用地功能定位指导下,展开用地布局调整、建设强度控制、地下空间规划等工作,在交通功能定位指导下,展开道路系统调整、交通设施布局、步行系统规划等工作,两者相配合,建立以轨交为主导的高密度集约化发展模式.结合站点影响范围和用地开发潜力判断可开发用地,为站点周边地区的土地储备、开发时序提供指引.
