YZ—55型牙轮钻机是一种250~380mm孔径的先进穿孔设备,该机达到国外同类型先进水平,居国内领先地位,填补了我国大型露天矿大孔径钻机的空白。YZ—55型钻机是在参照国内外同类钻机特点的基础上,选用高强度低合金钢、高钻架、加撑杆等新颖结构设计,进一步加强了钻架和平台的强度和刚度。为了判定设计的可靠性,为新颖钻机提供科学数据,因此结构强度研究列为技术攻关内容之一。我院对YZ—55型钻机的钻架和平台进行了理论和实验分析。理论分析采用有限单元法,用SAP▽程序在M-150机上计算;实验分析采用电阻应变仪和SONY八通道磁带记录仪、7TO8S讯号分析仪处
YZ-55 type cone drill is a kind of advanced perforation equipment with the diameter of 250 ~ 380mm. This machine has reached the advanced level of the same kind in foreign countries and has taken the lead in the country and filled the gap of the large-diameter large-diameter drilling rig in China’s large open pit mine. YZ-55 drilling rig is based on the characteristics of similar domestic and foreign rigs, based on the selection of high-strength low alloy steel, high-rack, plus pole and other new structural design, to further strengthen the strength and rigidity of the drill rack and platform.
