青岛林达实业有限公司组建于1996年7月,是专业从事铝合金压铸件和汽车制动系、连接系零部件及总成开发设计生产销售的企业,目前拥有专业技术人员56人,具备高级职称的有6人,从德国聘请的经济技术顾问1人,职工总数300多人。2003年,公司资产总额已达到7382万元,净资产总额4653万元,销售收入8900万元,利税919万元。2002年,经过多次考察,公司决定启动气制动技术改造项目。公司高薪聘请了三位高级工程师和多名高级管理人员,聘请了一位德国的专家作为经济技术顾问,经过1年多的奋战,投资1900万元,新开发的气制动产品项目已经在青岛市经委作为技术改造项目立项,气制动产品已经通过了产品鉴定,并取得了四项国家使用新型专利和一项外观设计专利,现已批量生产。2002年下半年,公司成功收购了青岛黄海橡胶集团有限公司原钢丝绳厂70%的股份,组建了青岛林达钢丝帘线有限公司。林达已通过了QS9000质量体系认证,以其过硬的产品的质量和优质的服务系统赢得了一汽青岛汽车厂、山东华源莱动内燃机有限公司、山东汽车改装厂、北汽福田、重汽公司等配套厂家的认可。最近又投资近300万元购进两条在国际表面处理技术中最先进的达克罗流水线,这两条生产线的投产不仅使林达的产品更加美观,也会为青岛市的城市建设
