CXJ-001、002拆箱机器人是用于原料烟叶箱的自动搬运、自动拆箱、自动空箱叠合、自动空箱码垛的专用机器人,是国家高技术研究发展计划(863计划)自动化领域的研究成果。该机器人被中华人民共和国国家经济贸易委员会认定为2001年度国家重点新产品。该机器人控制系统采用了FCS现场总线技术,具有占地面积小,重量轻,自动化程度高,安装方便,性价比高等特点,极大地减轻了操作人员的劳动强度,提高了作业效率,改善了拆箱作业环境。
