本文研究了镍黄铁矿在500、600、650℃时半氧化过程中的脱硫速率及氧化机理。证明了氧化初期铁与硫同时氧化但硫的氧化较慢;铁比镍先氧化,铁的氧化按二阶段进行及铁存在两种氧化机理;镍在未反应核内富集;未反应核转变成了富镍的类磁黄铁矿相。该过程由表面化学反应控制迅速地转变为氧在产物内的扩散控制。氧在产物中的有效扩散系数约为10~(-6)(厘米~2/秒)。
In this paper, the desulfurization rate and oxidation mechanism of pentlandite during the semi-oxidation at 500, 600 and 650 ℃ were studied. It is proved that the oxidation of iron and sulfur is slow at the same time, but the oxidation of sulfur is relatively slow. The oxidation of iron is more than that of nickel, the oxidation of iron is carried out in two stages and there are two oxidation mechanisms of iron. Nickel accumulates in the unreacted nuclei. Has become a nickel-rich pyrrhotite phase. The process is rapidly controlled by surface chemical reactions to control the diffusion of oxygen within the product. The effective diffusion coefficient of oxygen in the product is about 10 ~ (-6) (cm ~ 2 / sec).
