不同抗旱性的玉米幼苗在水分胁迫下过氧化氢和MDA含量均增加,增加幅度与品种抗旱性呈负相关。SOD和CAT活性的变化表现出抗旱性品种增强,不抗旱品种降低的趋势,二者活力水平,尤其SOD活力与品种抗旱性呈正相关。
Under drought stress, the content of hydrogen peroxide and MDA of maize seedlings increased, and the increase range was negatively correlated with the drought resistance of cultivars. The changes of SOD and CAT activities showed the trend of enhanced drought-resistant varieties and non-drought-resistant varieties. The vitality level of the two varieties, especially the SOD activity, was positively correlated with the drought resistance of varieties.
