新采收的西洋参种子,在室内阴干35天,分别贮藏在普通冰箱(3~4℃);低温冰箱(-15~-18℃);室内(12~18℃)和阴棚(自然变温)中,开放和封闭255天。这些种子在同一条件下层积催芽135天,低温冰箱和阴棚中贮藏的种子,全部霉变。室内开放贮藏的种子,失水率达14.6%,霉变率较高(达40%)。室内封闭贮藏和普通冰箱贮藏的西洋参种子最好,霉变率0%~3.3%,裂口率73.3%~93.3%。
The newly harvested American ginseng seeds are dried indoors for 35 days and stored in normal refrigerators (3-4 ℃), low temperature refrigerators (-15-18 ℃), indoor (12-18 ℃) and shaded sheds (natural temperature change) Medium, open and closed 255 days.
