目的探讨超高频电波刀(LEEP刀)治疗宫颈病变的临床应用效果。方法 400例宫颈疾病患者,LEEP刀治疗,观察手术时间、创面愈合,并将病变组织的切除标本送至病理科确定。结果 LEEP刀手术治疗宫颈疾病一次性成功率97%,手术时间(2.1±0.7)min,出血量1~5 ml;无患者发生大出血、休克症状,患者均为出现感染。结论 LEEP刀应用到宫颈疾病治疗中具有操作简便、损伤小,手术时间短,出血量少特点,作用较明显,得到完整病理学标本,在宫颈癌早期确诊中存在明显价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ultra-high frequency electric wave knife (LEEP knife) in treating cervical lesions. Methods 400 cases of cervical disease, LEEP knife treatment, observation of operation time, wound healing, and diseased tissue specimens sent to the pathology to determine. Results The success rate of LEEP knife operation in treating cervical diseases was 97%. The operation time was 2.1 ± 0.7 min and the bleeding volume was 1 ~ 5 ml. No bleeding and shock symptoms occurred in patients. All patients were infected. Conclusions The application of LEEP knife in the treatment of cervical diseases has the advantages of simple operation, small injury, short operation time, less bleeding and more obvious effect. Obtaining a complete pathological specimen has obvious value in the early diagnosis of cervical cancer.
