In order to speed up the progress of implementation of the 2016 Central State Plan of Soil and Water Conservation Major Projects, strengthen and standardize the construction management and improve the investment efficiency of the Central Government, on September 20, the Ministry of Water Resources held a national key project of promoting soil and water conservation in Beijing.
