对果斑病表现不同抗性的哈密瓜品种叶片中防御酶系活性进行测定,结果表明:抗、感病品种的PPO活性高峰均出现在同一天,且感病品种的峰值大于抗病品种,PPO活性变化与抗病性之间存在一定的负相关;接种后,抗病品种POD、PAL活性峰出现的时间较感病品种提前,PAL活性高峰出现的早晚与哈密瓜抗果斑病有一定关系,即PAL活性高峰出现的早晚可作为抗性的一个参考指标。
The results showed that the peak of PPO activity of resistant and susceptible cultivars all appeared on the same day, and the peak value of susceptible cultivars was greater than that of resistant cultivars PPO There was a certain negative correlation between activity change and disease resistance. After inoculation, the peak of POD and PAL activity of disease-resistant cultivars appeared ahead of the susceptible cultivars and the peak of PAL activity had a certain relationship with the fruit blight of melon melon. That is, the peak of PAL activity appears sooner or later as a reference index of resistance.
