目的 :通过绿茶提取物 (TP- 91)抗肿瘤生化调节研究 ,寻找既能增强抗肿瘤疗效 ,又降低其毒性的物质。方法 :采用小鼠 S180 ,EAC实体瘤为模型 ,以 TP- 91、CTX抗肿瘤实验并对血中生化、免疫、SOD等指标进行检测 ,所有数据以 t检验处理。结果 :TP- 91单用有抗肿瘤作用 ,S180抑瘤率 43.5 7% ,EAC抑瘤率 40 .15 %。而 CTX合并 TP- 91应用时 ,S180抑瘤率提高到 6 5 .91% ,EAC抑瘤率提高到 6 1.39%。实验中发现治疗组凝血时间延长 ,血浆纤维蛋白原下降 ,能改善血液高凝状态 ,提高免疫和红细胞 SOD活性增加 ,表现出 TP- 91在抗肿瘤中的生化调节作用。结论 :绿茶提取物 TP- 91,可作为抗癌生化调节剂之一 ,在肿瘤的治疗和预防中具有良好前景 ,值得深入研究。
Objective : To investigate the anti-tumor biochemical regulation of green tea extract (TP-91) and to search for substances that can enhance anti-tumor efficacy and reduce its toxicity. METHODS: The mice S180 and EAC solid tumors were used as models, and TP-91 and CTX anti-tumor experiments were performed. Blood biochemistry, immunity, SOD and other indicators were tested. All data were processed by t test. RESULTS: TP-91 alone had anti-tumor effect, S180 tumor inhibition rate was 43.57%, and EAC tumor inhibition rate was 40.15%. When CTX was combined with TP-91, the S180 tumor inhibition rate increased to 65.91%, and the EAC tumor inhibition rate increased to 61.39%. The experimental group found that prolonged clotting time in the treatment group, decreased plasma fibrinogen, improved blood hypercoagulability, increased immunity, and increased red cell SOD activity, demonstrating the biochemical regulation of TP-91 in anti-tumor. Conclusion : Green tea extract TP-91 can be used as one of anticancer biochemical regulators. It has good prospects in the treatment and prevention of tumors and deserves further study.
