“十三五”规划明确提出把我国全面建成小康社会,因此,如何提升人们的餐桌文化就显得日益迫切。然而,长期以来餐饮业缺乏科学化、规范化的引导和管理,尤其缺少专业化的指导。本文结合黔东南餐饮业的现状,研究如何打造既能弘扬民族饮食文化又能融入现代健康理念的黔东南地方性餐饮业有着重大的理论和实践价值。
The “13th Five-Year Plan” clearly states that China should build a well-to-do society in an all-round way. Therefore, it is increasingly urgent to raise people’s table culture. However, the restaurant industry has long been lack of scientific and standardized guidance and management, especially the lack of specialized guidance. Based on the current situation of Qiandongnan Catering Industry, this paper studies how to build a local Catering Industry in Southeast Guizhou that has the ability to carry forward the national dietary culture and integrate it into modern health concepts. It has great theoretical and practical value.
