In order to thoroughly implement the Ten Spirits and strengthen hospital management, Shaanxi Provincial Military District held an exchange meeting on hospital management work in Linyi from September 24 to September 28. Representatives attending the conference included 40 leading comrades and medical staff in various hospitals, offices, and departments, and the responsible comrades of the Logistics Department of the Military Region attended the meeting to speak. The conference took the course of the struggle as the guideline.
