圆坯连铸技术在国外各工业发达国家均已普遍采用,工艺成熟、技术可靠,其优越性已为国内外所公认。采用PSW—三辊行星轧机轧制圆坯,在技术上也如同圆坯连铸机一样是成熟可靠的。本文着重评介上述两项新技术的结合,即在线具有大减径能力的圆坯连铸机在国外的开发与使用。并详细论述了这项技术用于解决我国钢铁工业管材、型材、棒材用坯的可行性与优越性。
Round billet continuous casting technology in various industrial countries abroad have been widely used, mature technology, reliable technology, its superiority has been recognized at home and abroad. The use of PSW-three-roll planetary mill rolling round billet, technically as round billet continuous casting machine is as mature and reliable. This article focuses on the combination of the two new technologies mentioned above, namely, the development and application of round billet caster with large reduction ability in foreign countries abroad. And discussed in detail the technology used to solve China’s steel industry pipe, profiles, bar billets feasibility and superiority.
