组织固有巨噬细胞属于单核吞噬细胞系统,是一类异质性和可塑性很强的固有免疫细胞,在机体内各组织受局部微环境的调控,发挥吞噬、抗感染、免疫应答和免疫调节等功能,在内环境稳态的维持和各类病理生理过程中发挥重要作用。本文就组织固有巨噬细胞的来源、活化、调节及其在炎症反应及肿瘤发生发展中的作用等方面进行综述,旨在为更深入的研究及更好地应用于疾病的诊断和治疗提供新思路,以实现基础研究的临床医学转化。
Tissue-resident macrophages are mononuclear phagocyte-like systems, which are a group of innate immune cells with heterogeneity and plasticity.
