中德合作山东省粮援项目工程是我国接受外国无偿援助投资最大的项目,工程的特点是点多、线长、面广、分散,涉及5个地市11个县(区)。整个项目工程任务重,投资大,时间长,在我省尚无先例。单项工程起点高、建设快、质量优、效益好,受群众欢迎。从1988年始至今解决了91.7万人口和89.4万头大牲畜的吃水问题,户户用上了自来水,使176条小流域的524km~2的山、河、林、田得到了综合治理。修建160处灌溉工程,节水灌溉面积7800公
Sino-German Cooperation Project of Shandong Province Food Aid Project is the largest project in our country receiving foreign gratuitous aid.
