大连医科大学附属第一医院金州新区医疗中心综合楼,由于存在平面不规则(平面呈L形)、托墙转换、局部大开洞等问题,导致结构受力较为复杂,为了保证结构分析的合理性和准确性,采用多个软件对其进行了小震下的对比分析、小震下的弹性时程分析和大震下的静力Pushover分析。对比分析表明,结构在小震下受力合理,基本处于弹性阶段,能够满足小震不坏的设防目标;中震下结构进入塑性发展阶段,但关键构件没有发生塑性破坏;大震下结构塑性发展较快,大部分耗能构件进入屈服阶段,但没有发生整体垮塌,满足既定的抗震设防目标。最后还讨论了跃层柱的解决方案。
