本文以权变理论为基础,深入探讨了跨国公司网络组织模式所适应的内外部条件。其中,外部条件包含产业全球化的竞争压力与信息通讯技术的发展两个方面,内部条件包含跨国公司海外子公司战略角色的多样性和跨国公司组织内部资源流动的多向性两个方面。
Based on contingency theory, this article explores in depth the internal and external conditions that the transnational corporation’s network organization model adapts to. Among them, the external conditions include the competitive pressures of industrial globalization and the development of information and communication technologies. The internal conditions include the diversity of the strategic roles of overseas affiliates of transnational corporations and the multi-directional nature of the flow of resources within transnational corporations.
