职业病报告是国家法定统计报告制度之一。近年来,贵州省冶金系统职报工作虽取得较大的成绩,但由于对此项工作认识不足和缺乏有效的管理措施,致使工作中仍存在不少问题,究其原因,有以下几点。 1.领导不重视,视职报工作为简单的加减法,不派人参加学习和进修。 2.职报工作开展不久,经验不足,缺乏一系列科学管理制度,职业病资料记录紊乱,有些尚无记载。 3.无专(兼)职职报员,工作中出现不负责任的现象。 4.厂矿医务人员与职报员工作之间;上级职业
