事件始末:2007年8月16日下午,卷入上海社保基金案的申花足球俱乐部原董事长郁知非涉嫌职务侵占一案,经由今年7月提起公诉后,在芜湖市中级法院开庭审理。这是上海社保系列案进入司法程序后,在安徽省首起开庭审理相关案件。2007年1月2日,郁知非因涉嫌职务侵占罪被安徽省公安厅刑事拘留,2月被安徽省检察院批准逮捕,并于今年4月由安徽省检察院指定芜湖市检察院依法审查起诉。灰色指数:★★★★点评:从1994年的申花到2002年的F1,郁知非成为中国名气最大的体育商人。他的成功得益于其在上海政商两界的深厚人脉。然而成也人脉,败也人脉,无论郁知非如何洞明世事、练达人情,他最终也被上海反腐的漩涡卷了进去。
