库茲湼佐夫提出铀试剂Ⅰ以后,很多学者系统地研究了用它测定铀的方法,但以前提出的分析流程中消除干扰的方法都比较复杂。库茲湼佐夫等(1960)提出,当EDTA存在时,用丁酮萃取使铀与干扰离子分离,前后两次比色测定。此法虽能很满意的消除干扰,但由于EDTA与铀也络合,致使灵敏度降低,且手续复杂。为了提高方法的灵敏度及简化手续,本文作者提出用EDTA-钙代替EDTA,因为前者的稳定常数小于干扰离子与EDTA络合物、而大于EDTA-铀,所以它能很好隐蔽干扰离子且不降低方法的灵敏度。
After Kuznetsov proposed the uranium reagent I, many scholars have systematically studied the methods for determining uranium by using it. However, the methods for eliminating interference in the analysis process previously proposed are quite complicated. Kuznetsov et al. (1960) suggested that uranium should be separated from interfering ions by methyl ethyl ketone extraction in the presence of EDTA, with two colorimetric determinations. Although this method can be very satisfactory to eliminate interference, but because EDTA and uranium also complex, resulting in reduced sensitivity, and the procedure is complicated. In order to increase the sensitivity of the method and to simplify the procedure, the authors propose to replace EDTA with EDTA-calcium, because the former has a lower stability constant than interfering ions and EDTA complexes and is larger than EDTA-uranium, so it can well conceal interfering ions without decreasing The sensitivity of the method.
