我采用高性能钐钴永磁体作磁头的磁疗机,对38例慢性支气管炎病人进行治疗,取得一定疗效,报告如下: 一般资料男26例,女12例,30岁以下7例,31—40岁3例,41—50岁9例,51—60岁11例、61—70岁8例;病程:5年以下8例,6—10年8例,11—15年3例,16—20年10例,21—30年9例。大多患者均有不同程度咳嗽,痰量昼夜在50ml以上有20例,100ml以上5例,胸闷、气喘36例,肺有干罗音7例,湿罗音3例,哮鸣音17例;诊断分型:单纯型慢支炎9例,慢支炎合并肺气肿17例,合并肺心4例,支气管哮喘8例。诊断标准,疗效判定按1979年11月全国慢支炎会议拟定。治疗方法用磁头直接放在所选穴位上治疗。用穴为天突、膻中、肺俞、定喘,每穴5—10分钟,每次约30分钟,每日一次,十次为一疗程。结果(见表)

Most patients have different degrees of cough, sputum volume day and night in 50ml above 20 cases, 100ml above 5 cases, chest tightness, asthma in 36 cases, pulmonary rales in 7 cases, 3 cases of wet rales, wheeze in 17 cases; diagnosis Type: Simple chronic myxitis in 9 cases, chronic bronchitis complicated with emphysema in 17 cases, 4 cases of pulmonary heart disease, bronchial asthma in 8 cases. Diagnostic criteria, the efficacy of judgment by November 1979 National Association of chronic arthritis developed. Treatment with the head directly on the selected acupuncture points for treatment. Points for the day of sudden, Langzhong, Feishu, Dingchu, each hole 5-10 minutes, each about 30 minutes, once daily, ten times for a course of treatment. Results (see table)
