社会主义市场经济体制的建立与发展,离不开健全有序的宏观调控体制。我国的经济正向纵深发展,研究与借鉴西方经济学中有关宏观调控的理论,对于指导我国市场经济发展的实践具有很重要的现实意义。本文阐述了宏观调控的定义,从经济周期和市场失灵角度探讨了宏观调控的必要性及其对市场经济发展的作用。在此基础上,提出了实施宏观调控促进我国社会主义市场经济发展的观点和措施。
The establishment and development of the socialist market economic system can not be separated from a sound and orderly macro-control system. The development of China’s economy is going forward in depth. Studying and referring to the theories on macroeconomic regulation and control in western economics has very important practical significance for guiding the practice of market economy in our country. This article elaborates the definition of macroeconomic regulation and control, discusses the necessity of macroeconomic regulation and control and its effect on the development of market economy from the perspective of economic cycle and market failure. On this basis, put forward the views and measures to implement macro-control to promote the development of China’s socialist market economy.
