文章比较了冠醚和穴醚磷钼酸沉淀吸附剂对重金属离子的吸附性能时,发现冠醚-HPM_0优于穴醚-HPM_0,主要原因是穴醚质子化后大大降低了配合能力。本文试图通过去质子化的途径来提高穴醚-HPM_0对金属离子的吸附效果。我们试验中加入Me_4NOH以后,穴醚-HPM_0对Pb的吸附百分率大大提高,而且低浓度硝酸又能将其完全解吸,这就为此类吸附剂应用开辟了前景。人们熟知,环境中的重金属元素Pb对人体的危害甚大,一直是环境分析研究的重要元素,但往往样品中含量甚微,分析过程需要富集。本文利用穴醚-HPM_0类新型吸附剂对动物肝脏中的微量铅进行富集后用原子吸收分光光度计测定。
The results showed that crown ether-HPO_0 was superior to cryptanth-HPPM_0, which was mainly due to the greatly reduced ability to co-partition the crown ether and phorbol ether phosphomolybdate precipitated adsorbent on heavy metal ions. This paper attempts to improve the adsorption of metal ions by Cryptophan-HP0_0 by means of deprotonation. After adding Me_4NOH to our experiment, the adsorption percentage of phenetole-HPPM_0 to Pb was greatly increased, and the low concentration of nitric acid completely desorbed Pb, which opened up a prospect for the application of this kind of adsorbent. It is well-known that the heavy metal element Pb in the environment is very harmful to the human body and has always been an important element in environmental analysis and research. However, the content of Pb in the sample is often small and the analysis process needs to be enriched. In this paper, the use of Cryptophan-HP0-type novel adsorbents in animal liver trace lead after enrichment by atomic absorption spectrophotometer.
