1959年,我院全体职工在社会主义建设总路线的光辉照耀下,在部、局党委的正确领导下,在1958年大跃连的基础上实现了生产、思想的继续大跃进。二十世纪六十年代开始了。在新的十年间,中国人民的奋斗目标是,“要在主要工业产品的产量方面赶上或超过英国,基本上建立起完整的工业体系,基本上实现工业、农业和科学文化的现代化,从而把中国建成为一个强大的社会主义国家”。
