为使学校体育教学改革向深层次发展,开发体育教学的社会功能,本文用行为科学的观点,对体育教学中的人际关系加以探索和研究,从而找出管理办法,以提高体育教学质量和社会效用。
In order to deepen the reform of PE teaching in schools and develop the social function of PE teaching, this article explores and studies the interpersonal relationships in PE teaching from the point of view of behavior science so as to find out the management methods to improve PE teaching quality and society utility.
