通过研究水利水电工程中常用的由排水廊道和排水孔组成的排渗系统结构特征,提出了工程渗流控制中带有复杂排渗系统的有限元分析网格生成及其加密技术,设计编制了有限元分析前处理软件.该软件已在冶勒水电站枢纽工程和横山热电厂灰坝工程的渗流控制优化分析计算中成功地用于渗控分析有限元计算的前处理,生成了三维有限元网格.该软件的应用,使本需20 余天的前处理工作得以在短短的1 ~2d 内完成,为实现复杂渗控系统的优化布置多方案比较创造了条件.本文研究的有限元网格加密技术具有较大的应用价值.
By studying the structural characteristics of the drainage system consisting of drainage corridors and drainage holes which are commonly used in water conservancy and hydropower projects, a finite element analysis mesh generation and its encryption technology with complex drainage system in seepage control engineering is proposed. The software has been successfully used in the pretreatment of finite element calculation of seepage control analysis in the analysis of the seepage control optimization of the Yele Hydropower Station pivot project and the Yanshan Thermal Power Plant’s ash dam project and a three-dimensional finite element mesh was generated. The application of the software enables the pre-processing work of more than 20 days to be completed within a short period of 1 ~ 2 days, which has created the conditions for more programs to realize the optimal arrangement of complex infiltration control system. The finite element mesh encryption technology studied in this paper has great application value.
