目的观察几种自制的微波辐射器对离体子宫内膜热凝产生的病理变化,评价不同辐射器性能。方法收集13例不同妇科情况切除的全子宫标本,用不同型号辐射器在相同条件下对子宫内膜热凝并观察子宫内膜变化。结果热凝效果局限在部分区域且与辐射器辐射面积成正比,小子宫较大子宫内膜容易破坏,远离宫底部作用强。结论微波热凝可引起子宫内膜破坏,在施行微波子宫内膜刨除手术时宜因人而调整辐射器中心导体的长度及辐射器面积。
Objective To observe the pathological changes of endometrial in vitro produced by several homemade microwave radiators and evaluate the performance of different radiators. Methods Thirteen different cases of gynecological resection of the uterus were collected and endometrial changes were observed under the same conditions with different types of radiators. Results The results showed that the effect of the thermal coagulation was limited in some areas and was proportional to the radiation area of the radiators. The larger uterine endometrium in the small uterus was easily destroyed and the effect was far away from the bottom of the uterus. Conclusion Microwave coagulation can cause destruction of the endometrium. When performing microwave endometrial ablation, the length of the center conductor and the area of the radiator should be adjusted according to people.
