近年来我国的企业都进行了必要的改革进步,不过在世界经济一体化发展的环境中也暴露出许多的问题,包括权责不明、政企不分等,这些问题都阻碍了我国企业的现代化发展。特别是在企业人员管理方面,我们没有充分的认识到我国社会主义市场经济条件下的人的本质、共性方面的规律,进而也不能更加深入的研究解决问题.本文主要阐述了人员管理对于企业的重要性,并在分析当前企业人员管理出现的问题后提出了一些解决途径。

These problems have hindered the modernization of the enterprises in our country development of. Especially in the aspect of enterprise personnel management, we do not fully recognize the laws of people’s nature and commonality under the conditions of our socialist market economy, and therefore we can not study and solve the problem in more depth.This paper mainly elaborates on the management of personnel Importance, and put forward some solutions after analyzing the problems that arise in the current enterprise personnel management.
