用因子分析法,对18个辣椒品种的13个果实数量性状进行分析,结果表明这些性状可简化为受4个主因子控制的性状群,F1为果重因子,由果肉鲜重、单果重、果梗长组成;F2为长度发育因子,由果宽、胎座宽、果长、胎座长组成;F3为营养因子,由干物质重、可溶性固形物、vC含量组成;F4为产量因子,由产量/株,果数/株组成。这4个主因子对变异的累计贡献率为85%以上,基本保持了13个性状的绝大部分信息。从主因子出发进行辣椒育种,可以加大目标性状的针对性,提高选择效率。
Factor analysis was used to analyze the quantitative traits of 13 fruits in 18 pepper cultivars. The results showed that these traits could be reduced to those traits controlled by 4 main factors.
