小学阶段是一个人学习、理解基础知识,获得基础学习技能的重要阶段。学生在小学阶段的学习成效对于今后的发展有着重要的作用。在小学阶段培养学生的自主学习能力,能够更好地使学生全身心投入学习中,对今后的学习产生巨大的影响。分析了培养小学生自主学习能力的必要性,从实际教学经验中总结出小学教学中培养学生自主学习能力的策略:营造良好的学习氛围,激发学生学习兴趣;因人而异、因材施教,重视学习方法的指导;转变教学模式,尊重和发挥学生的主体地位;教师放手要适度,以教学内容而定。以便提高学生学习效率,进而提升小学教学整体质量。
