针对钴基结合剂刀头技术性能好但成本太高之现实问题,进行去钴换铁的胎体配方研究。胎体配方采用混料回归试验的极端顶点设计方法。采用合理的热压烧结工艺,所得胎体硬度HRB值为93~98,与钴基胎体锯切硬质石材的合理性能指标极接近。生产试验证明,用Fe代Co思路正确,也是切实可行的。
For cobalt-based bond head technical performance is good but the cost is too high the reality of the problem, to the cobalt-iron matrix carcass recipe. The carcass recipe uses the extreme apex design method of the compound regression test. Using a reasonable hot pressing sintering process, the obtained matrix hardness HRB value of 93 to 98, and cobalt-based carcass sawing hard stone reasonable performance indicators are very close. Production tests show that the idea of using Fe on behalf of Co is correct, it is feasible.
