环形脉冲萃取柱是一种新的脉冲筛板萃取柱。环隙尺寸与柱径之比是环形柱的重要结构参数。在4种不同柱结构的环形脉冲筛板萃取柱中,以30%TBP(煤油)-水(水相连续)为实验体系,采用“扰动-响应”技术实测了示踪剂的停留时间分布曲线。并拟合出连续相轴向扩散系数E_c值。讨论了影响环形柱连续相轴向混合特性的因素。结果表明,环形柱内连续相轴向扩散系数E_c 随外界输入能量的增大而增大,随隙径比的增大而增大。在此基础上提出的关联式取得了良好的拟合效果,E_c 计算值与实测值的相对偏差小于20%。
Circular pulse extraction column is a new pulse sieve extraction column. The ratio of annulus size to column diameter is an important structural parameter for the ring column. In the four kinds of columns with different column structures, the residence time distribution curve of tracer was measured by “disturbance-response” technique with 30% TBP (kerosene) -water (continuous water phase) . And fitted the continuous phase axial diffusion coefficient E_c value. The factors affecting the axial mixing characteristics of the continuous phase of the annular column are discussed. The results show that the axial diffusion coefficient E_c of annular continuous phase increases with the increase of external input energy and increases with the increase of aperture ratio. On the basis of this, the correlation obtained has a good fitting effect, the relative deviation between the calculated value of E_c and the measured value is less than 20%.
