目的:探讨腺样体肥大的X线表现。材料与方法:收集我院2002年3月～2004年12月经手术证实的400例腺样体肥大病例,均摄鼻咽部双侧位片,结合临床及X线特征进行对比,分析总结。结果:为临床提供新的诊断方法,有利于临床医生进行手术治疗。结论:腺样体肥大只有在准确的鼻咽部侧位片上才能清晰的显示鼻咽部顶后壁软组织增厚并突起的程度,结合临床作出准确的诊断。
Objective: To investigate the X-ray findings of adenoid hypertrophy. Materials and Methods: 400 cases of adenoid hypertrophy confirmed by surgery from March 2002 to December 2004 in our hospital were collected. Both sides of the nasopharynx were taken and compared with the clinical and X-ray features to analyze and summarize. Results: To provide a new diagnostic method for clinical treatment is beneficial to clinicians for surgical treatment. Conclusion: Adenoid hypertrophy only in the accurate lateral nasopharyngeal slice can clearly show the nasopharyngeal soft tissue thickened and protruding behind the degree, combined with the clinical diagnosis.
