This paper monitors the environmental noise of a cloth workshop in a factory and conducts audiometry and general medical examination on 221 noise workers in the workshop and 163 school teachers who are not exposed to noise and other harmful factors. The results showed that the positive rate of high frequency and audible frequency hearing impairment of noise workers was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.01), and with the increase of seniority, the degree of injury was more and more serious. The positive rate of neurasthenic symptoms, (P <0.01). There was significant difference between the two groups in the statistical analysis. The analysis of the hearing curve showed that the valley point of the depression was the most sensitive at 3KHz, 4KHz and 6KHz and the most prominent at 4KHz.
