利用M■ssbauer效应和其他一些实验手段研究了Fe_(80)P_(20)非晶合金的结构弛豫和晶化。结果表明,从亚稳态向稳定态的转化过程为:非晶态Ⅰ-非晶态Ⅱ-初始晶化-晶化-亚稳相-稳定相。晶化过程是一个缓慢过程,可能是从外部逐步向内部晶化的。
The structure relaxation and crystallization of Fe 80 P 20 amorphous alloys were studied by M s ssbauer effect and some other experimental methods. The results show that the transition from metastable state to steady state is: amorphous Ⅰ-amorphous Ⅱ-initial crystallization-crystallization-metastable phase-stable phase. The crystallization process is a slow process, probably crystallized gradually from the outside to the inside.
