本文报告采用颅颌面联合切除术治疗晚期颌面部恶性肿瘤的体会。就手术适应征、麻醉、手术原则和要点,颅底缺损之整复设计以及如何提高手术的安全性、防止可能发生的严重并发症等问题进行了讨论。
This article reports the use of craniomaxillofacial resection for the treatment of advanced maxillofacial malignancies. The issues of surgical indications, anesthesia, surgical principles and main points, the design of the cranial base defect, and how to improve the safety of the operation and prevent the possible serious complications were discussed.
