目的 探讨准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术 (L ASIK)后眼压测量值的变化。方法 采用非接触式眼压计对 34 0只眼 (176例患者 )行 L ASIK手术后行眼压测量。结果 L ASIK后眼压测量值明显低于术前 (t=5 6 .118,P<0 .0 0 1)。按术前屈光度将患眼分成 4组。 组 :- 3.0 0～ - 6 .0 0 D; 组 :- 6 .0 0～ - 9.0 0 D; 组 :- 9.0 0～ - 12 .0 0 D; 组 :- 12 .0 0 D以上 ,每组术后眼压测量值均明显低于术前 (t>15 ,P<0 .0 0 1)。切削等值球镜度与术后眼压测量差值明显相关 (r=0 .16 4,P=0 .0 0 2 ) ,在控制切削等值柱镜度的影响后对二者进行偏相关分析 ,偏相关系数 r=0 .15 2 ,P=0 .0 0 5。结论 准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术后眼压测量值明显低于术前 ,并且眼压测量差值随切削等值球镜度的增加而增大。
Objective To investigate the changes of intraocular pressure (IOP) measurements after laser in situ keratomileusis (L ASIK). Methods 3400 eyes (176 patients) underwent LASIK after intraocular pressure measurement by non-contact tonometer. Results The measured IOP after LASIK was significantly lower than that before operation (t = 56.118, P <0.01). According to preoperative refraction will be divided into 4 groups of eyes.
